Privacy Policy

This page explains what information we collect on this website and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Etikete-Riboni, based in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, is responsible for your data. For any privacy question, write to info@etikete-riboni.ba.

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, company, email, phone, label dimensions and message. We use it solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote.

How your enquiry is handled

The contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards your message to our email. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Local storage & cookies

We store your chosen language in your browser so the site opens in the right language next time — this is functional only and does not track you. The contact page can show a Google map of our location; it loads only when you click to open it, and only then may Google set its own cookies. If you don’t open the map, no third-party cookies are set.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — just email info@etikete-riboni.ba.

Data retention & changes

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our business records. We may update this page; the date below shows the last change.
